Bella Lessons for the Day: I know when youre smack in the middle of your challenges, its easy to get paralyzed. Sometimes you dont feel like doing anything. All you want to do is stay in bed & bury your head under the covers basically escape life. But remember, this is your life!! You have the power to transform everything! And in order to get out of the darkness and back into the light, it is so essential to start taking action!! Especially when you don’t feel like it! So after you a take a little breather, you have to just start taking easy baby steps. Start doing little things that you know will help you feel better & then allow the momentum to build & help carry you forward! Here’s how it works: 1. Start with telling yourself good things even while in bed. Positive affirmations: “I am powerful! I am strong! I am brilliant! I am awesome! I am courageous!” Keep telling yourself these types of things until you start to believe them! They are all true!! You are amazing! 2.
