Nature walks are awesome, and getting lost in nature through poetry is one of the key themes of English Romanticism and American Transcendentalist. William Wordsworth’s ouvre contains amazing material that was inspired through “emotion recollected in tranquility,” a key slogan in this artistic movement. He was rightly? given the title of Poet Laureate of England in his time! I always think of his poetry when I go on soothing and emotionally fulfilling nature walks. Highly recommended!
